This version of a granola bar for baby has no added sugar! And it’s super easy making them one of my go to recipes! Here it is:
1 c organic oats, 2 ripe organic bananas smashed, 1/4 c organic applesauce, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon; Mix ingredients, spray cookie sheet with coconut oil spray, shape into bars, and bake 15 min @ 350 degrees!
You can also throw in a few berries or increase the amount cinnamon. Baby food is honestly easier to make than you would think!
